Advocacy

The Center for Health Design is an advocate for better healthcare buildings. Our quest to promote the use of evidence-based design to create healing environments in hospitals, clinics, physician offices, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities has led us to create several healthcare design awards as well as a task force to change the building codes and standards. In addition, we are a founding member of The Global Health and Safety Initiative (GHSI).
